Celebrating Literacy at Sage and Tumalo

On National Literacy Day, Redmond School District is celebrating the students and staff at Sage Elementary School and Tumalo Community School, which have been recognized as Bright Spots Top Schools in literacy.

The recognition is part of a nationwide initiative highlighting schools across the country where students are outperforming expectations in reading. Sage and Tumalo were among a select group of schools recognized based on student achievement data.

We are proud of the hard work happening every day in classrooms at both schools and congratulate the students, teachers and staff on this accomplishment.
