1. Athletic Field & Turf Projects
Multiple schools receiving track and field upgrades:

- Obsidian & Elton Gregory Middle Schools: Track surface replacement only
- Status: Summer 2025 projects 100% complete; Summer 2026 tennis court project 5% complete (construction started 5/25/26)
2. Hugh Hartman Elementary — Roofing
- Scope: Complete re-roof (asphalt shingles + low-slope system upgrade)
- Status: Pre-construction; roof scans completed; material deliveries staged
- Construction Start: 6/11/26
3. Obsidian Middle School — Modernization
- Scope: Interior refresh, lighting upgrades, restroom remodeling
- Status: Preconstruction phase; subcontractors onboarded; mobilization scheduled for mid-June

4. Redmond High School — Major Modernization
- Scope: CTE expansion, auditorium/performing arts updates, athletics modernization, commons, building systems (HVAC, hydronic re-piping, LED lighting, fireproofing abatement)
