Ridgeview’s Randi Viggiano Recognized with Multiple Athletic Director Of The Year Awards
Randi Viggiano, the Athletic Director/Assistant Principal at Ridgeview, was recognized for her outstanding leadership at the Oregon Athletic Directors Association awards in Sunriver, where she was named the 5A Athletic Director of the Year. The honor highlights her dedication to building a strong, supportive culture within Ridgeview’s athletic programs. Viggiano said much of her work has focused on strengthening the connection between student-athletes and coaches, creating an environment where teamwork, communication, and shared goals thrive.
“I’ve done some work trying to really build a culture between our students and our coaches and I’m always amazed at the people I get to work alongside every day,” Viggiano said.
In addition to the 5A Athletic Director of the Year award, Viggiano also earned the 4A, 5A, 6A State Athletic Director of the Year honor. Viggiano emphasized that the achievement reflects the collective efforts of the people around her. She credited her staff, coaches and family for their constant support and described the awards as a humbling experience. Known for going above and beyond, Viggiano continues to work tirelessly to provide the best possible experiences for students, coaches, parents, staff and the broader school community.
